My client is looking for a Head chef with a stable background who will take a hands on approach

to the everyday running of the kitchen.

The Head Chef will be responsible for:

• Developing the brigade, ensuring all food served is of an exceptional standard

• All aspects of training

• Driving all hygiene and kitchen management

Qualities

• Be from a quality background,

• Experience in banqueting and restaurant work.

• Excellent managerial and financial skills

• At least 1 years experience as Head Chef
