This newly refurbished restaurant in a country Inn in the heart of Gloucestershire is looking for someone who will be from a strong 2AA Rosette background and have the creativity to produce high quality cuisine. As Chef de Partie this will enable you to continue to learn the intricate side of cooking and gain knowledge on which flavors/textures go together and why and help you on your way to being the best chef you can be.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie who wants to work in a professional environment where creativity is welcomed and great chef skills are a positive.

As Chef De Partie you will:

* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen

* Help with the training of the Junior Chefs

* Understanding of fresh ingredients and working to Two rosette standard

* Experience at running your own section

* Understanding G.P and Menu planning

* COSHH and H+S knowledge
