Establishment:

This Traditional British Inn situated in a rural location, but close to the main A30 which attracts a busy passing trade

Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking to take that next step in their career, some one that has their own initiative, able to manage the 34 cover restaurant, private dining room and large beer garden.

Menu:

Be creative with the specials board and maintain high standards on the core menu, capable of order as required, stock control and staff training for junior employees.

Shifts:

The working week is Wednesday - Sunday, split shifts
