We are currently recruiting Chalet Chefs to work the 5-month ski season in our chalets in Switzerland.

You will need at least 2 years experience as a professional chef,must be conscientious and enthusiastic, outgoing and sociable,be an integral part of the hosting in the chalet (many chalets have open-plan theatre kitchens). A UK Passport and a full UK driving licence are musts. A generous remuneration package is being offered to the right candidates.

The start of the season is very hectic when starting a new job away from home. We can assure you having completed your pre-season, 10 day training course and have a few weeks experience in the Alps it will run smoothly and more efficiently as the season goes on.

Its generally a long working morning, followed by the afternoon off, returning to your duties stocking the chalet, preparing the canapés and evening meal, and helping to host the evening meal at your chalet.
