Ramada Encore Hotel are a newly built 114 bedroomed hotel in the centre of Bournemouth open for a year now. We currently serve buffet breakfast for 50-230 people daily. We serve buffet lunches Monday to Friday (10-50) and offer only snacks at any other time. We are looking for someone who can work on their own, order stock, stocktaking and take general responsibilty for the kitchen. Hours are 6am to 2.30pm. No evenings. |
