Chef de Partie/Jnr.Sous Chef Situated in the heart of the Surrey Hills, and the business expanding at a steady rate, The Hurtwood Inn Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie/ Jnr sous Chef. Our Head Chef of 4 years is looking to take his cuisine to a further plateau, and needs a strong hands on Chef with patience, passion, and a welcomed attitude. Confidence, creativity, and experience is important but will gain this through trust of this kitchen brigade. All apllicants must have some experience in a similar establishment, and a very positive interest for quality food and a future in cooking.
