Applicants must have experience of fast food cooking and hold a current food hygiene certificate. Applicants without a hygiene certificate will not be considered. Experience of cooking English food and using a coffee machine would be an advantage. Duties include preparing and cooking English and Mediterranean food and sandwiches, and cleaning all areas of the kitchen. Position is subject to a trial period, the duration of which is to be confirmed. Part time or full time considered.
