As Pastry CDP you will be passionate, focused and committed to producing desserts, breads, pastries etc to the highest standards. You will have flair and the vision to create and produce new dishes to ensure that we continue to lead the way in this field. Previous experience of pastry within a fine dining restaurant is essential. Enthusiasm and a true passion for food are key to this role..
