A dedicated and competent Junior Sous is required New forest Holiday Camp Working in the Bistro you will become part of a team that offers great food to a very busy family market. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management in the absence of the Head Chef and must have a proven track record and be willing to lead from the front. • The candidate will already be in a junior Sous role with a proven background or a chef de Partie looking for their next move up. • The chosen Chef will be a passionate Chef who is able to inject energy and strength to the brigade.
