The Swan Hotel a small family run hotel in Alresford is looking for waiting/bar staff & a Junior chef Alresford is 15 minutes from Winchester, 1/2 Hour from Alton. We are a 2 star graded hotel that has retained many of it’s original features and offers guests a choice of 23 comfortable bedrooms, a contemporary restaurant serving cuisine from around the world and also a bar and coffee lounge. Some famous visitors have stayed at our hotel including Queen Elizabeth I. Our busy season is fast approaching and therefore we need to recruit a barperson, plus a waiting person plus a junior chef. To apply you must have experience, be well- presented, enthusiastic, motivated, hands on and very importantly be team players. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
