The Real Eating Company in Hove is looking for a sous chef to join their kitchen team. Offering all day dining with a modern British influence, we have a regular clientele who enjoy our food - whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide and have had many reviews in national newspapers and magazines. As sous chef, you would be working as part of a small, close-knit team, with the Head Chef. We would expect you to have experience in managing staff, a good understanding of stock control and costings plus drive and initiative. We are a growing company (we have 2 other sites) with 2 more planned in the new year, so there is ample opportunity for the right person to flourish.
